U.S. Imported Kydex® T
We use only the highest grade U.S. imported Kydex® T for unmatched durability, shape retention, and impact resistance. Each shell is vacuum-formed to exacting specifications.
Curv® Tactical
A self-reinforced composite: oriented polypropylene fibers heat-compacted into a matrix of the same polymer, so the sheet carries its own reinforcement and needs no backing layer. It runs under 1.0 g/cm³ — roughly half the weight of glass-reinforced equivalents — and thermoforms from 0.5 mm to 1.4 mm for shells that stay thin without trading away impact resistance.
Tegris® Integration
We design and precision-cut Tegris® to fit specific end-user needs using the latest fabrication technologies. This advanced thermoplastic composite provides incredible strength-to-weight ratios for specialized structural reinforcement.
In-House Infusion Print.
Transcend standard colorways. Our advanced in-house infusion process prints any custom design directly onto your holster. The ink becomes one with the Kydex — a flawless, permanent finish that will never peel or fade.
